The certification process involved a comprehensive audit of Termostroj’s health and safety policies, procedures, and practices. Conducted by an independent third-party certification body, SGS Adriatica d.o.o., the audit examined how Termostroj identifies, controls, and mitigates risks across all its operations. The company demonstrated robust systems for incident reporting, risk assessment, employee training, and continuous improvement.
