A loan agreement was concluded from the financial instrument \u2018ESIF loan for growth and development\u2019 <\/em> between the company <strong> Termostroj d.o.o., Zagreba\u010dka banka d.d. and the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development <\/strong> for a project entitled <em> \u2018Construction of a business-production building and procurement of machinery\u2019 <\/em>. The project is co-financed by the European Structural and Investment Funds, which make up the European Regional Development Fund.<\/p>\n<p>Through the implementation of the project, we will increase the business and production space from 760m2 to 2400m2 and equip it with three new machines. With the new organization of production processes, we will be able to take advantage of business opportunities and develop new products, expand into new markets and hire new workers. All this will result in increased revenue and reduced costs due to the application of new technologies and improved work organization.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The total value of the project is <strong> 12,556,352.75 HRK <\/em> <\/strong>. The project is co-financed in the amount of <strong> <em> 5,008,780.40 HRK <\/em> <\/strong>.
